Are you putting your health on the back burner?

Do you ever say to yourself that you will start your diet after one more weekend of indulgence?

That you will start your workout routine next week? This week you're just too busy and there is just no time!

Do you ever think that you will just have one last Pumpkin Spiced latte? Because fall is your favorite season and it just tastes so darn good!

Or, that you will begin your diet in the New Year, after the holidays have passed?


If you have ever said any of the above or something similar, it's time to stop procrastinating RIGHT NOW. What are you waiting for? Are you overwhelmed? Do you not believe that you can do it?


YOU CAN, if you focus. Put YOU first! Make the time for you. Hint. No one else is going to do it for you.


Let's take your power back and start Right Now with these easy steps:


1) Think about why you want to start eating healthier or why you want to start your new workout routine? Do you want to lose 5 pounds? 10 pounds? Do you want more energy?


2) What will it feel like to achieve this goal? Take a few minutes to think about this.


3) Start small! Most of us want to jump in and go from 0-100 and lose that 10 pounds in a week and start running 6 miles after not running for years. Does this ever work? No. Never.


Better to start small.

If you want to run 6 miles, start walking a mile or do a short run walk for a 1 mile...


If you want to skip the high calorie coffee drink, try having a smaller size portion or try limiting it to 1-2x per week and instead try to have a green tea or black coffee with a splash of milk or almond milk instead?


What is one small action you can take this week to move one step closer to your health goal?

Try to commit to doing the action for a week, a month or a few. How does it feel?

Make it easy to show up for yourself! You can do it!


4) Celebrate your success... It feels great to take care of YOU!!! Keep going!
