Before I started working with Dawn, I was overweight, had low energy, was discouraged and didn't think I would be able to turn it around. I am a women in my 60's and felt that this extra weight was just part of aging. With Dawn's coaching and assessment, I have lost over 20 pounds in the last 6 months and am having an easy time maintaining the loss and am still losing. Together, we crafted a diet that is easy for me to stick to. I don't feel like I'm on a diet as I have a lot of options and am not missing any food groups. We also discussed the importance of of having a balanced life, which for me includes, exercise. I am enjoying making time for walks early in the morning before work on during the weekends. This has helped me greatly for my mental clarity, balance and stress management.
